The Sharpened Leader® | Group Leadership Coaching for Business Owners

You are not short of ideas. You are short of the space, structure and headroom to actually do something about them.

the sharpened leader group coaching for business owners with jasmine Clarke

That is where most business owners get stuck. Not for lack of knowledge, not for lack of effort, not even for lack of wanting to change. But because the day-to-day never stops long enough to let you work on how you actually lead and operate.

This is a small, in-person coaching experience designed for business owners who are ready to step out of that, properly, and sharpen how they lead, work and make decisions.

From the outside your business looks fine. Inside, it feels heavier than it should.

You’re busy all day but don’t have time to think. Everything still comes through you. You know what needs doing but keep getting pulled back into keeping things ticking over. You’re making constant decisions but second-guessing most of them.

You’re not failing. You’re drifting. And there’s a gap between the business you’re building on the outside and what it actually feels like to run it.

You don’t need more inspiration. You don’t need another course that sits in a folder giving you something extra to feel guilty about. You need space to think clearly, honesty about what is really going on, and support to actually follow through.

That is what this programme is.

What The Sharpened Leader® Group Programme actually is

Three in-person coaching sessions, one per month, two and a half hours each. A small, carefully selected group of business owners working through the same framework together. Pre-work before each session. Reflection and action between sessions. Support and accountability throughout.

This is not a room to swap ideas or share what’s working. It is a room to sharpen how you lead and operate so things actually move. The size is intentional: small enough for real depth and challenge, with enough different perspectives to make it genuinely useful.

This is about changing how you operate within what you already have, not adding more things to your to-do list. It will require you to step out of the day-to-day and make space to think and act differently.

Before the first session, you complete a CliftonStrengths assessment. So the work starts with something real about how you actually operate, not a blank page and a flip chart.

Three sessions. One framework. Built to make change stick.

Know Yourself

Understand how you actually work. Your patterns, strengths, blind spots and default ways of operating. So you stop trying to lead like someone else, or like the version of yourself you think you should be, and start working in a way that genuinely fits you.

Raise Your Standards

An honest look at how you are currently operating. What you are tolerating. What keeps slipping. Where you are letting things drift. This is where you reset the standard of how you work, decide and lead. Not the aspirational version, the real one.

Lead at the Level You Need To

The level that got you here is not always the level that gets you where you want to go. This session is about stepping into the leadership your business actually needs from you now: clearer decisions, stronger boundaries, better prioritisation, more ownership in your team, less drift.

"It is amazing how much clarity you can get in an hour when you have someone asking the right questions."
Sarah Elson
Business owner

Most business support either gives you inspiration that fades or more ideas when you're already overloaded.

This programme is different.

It is for business owners who already have ideas, already care deeply, and already know some of what needs to change, but are too deep in the day-to-day to consistently do what matters most.

There are no general frameworks handed out and hoped for the best. There is no passive group where you can sit at the back and absorb. There is no neat plan that works in theory and falls apart the moment real life kicks back in.

What there is: a space to think properly, be challenged honestly, and take action that actually sticks.

This is for you if…

You know you are capable of more but feel stuck in the day-to-day. You are ready to step back and properly look at how you are operating. You want to lead your business more intentionally, not just react to it. You are open to being challenged, not just supported. You want practical changes that actually hold, not ideas that fade by Friday.

This is not for you if…

You are looking for quick fixes, hacks or surface-level tips. You want someone to tell you exactly what to do step by step. You are not willing to look honestly at how you currently work and lead. You are too busy to make space for reflection and change. You are not ready to take real ownership of your decisions and how you operate.

The pilot cohort finished in July. Here is what actually changed.

Four business owners completed the pilot between May and July 2026. The programme scored 97% overall, with all of them likely to recommend, and all four want to continue as a group.

“Never has the clichéd expression ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ been more relevant.”
“Never has the clichéd expression ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ been more relevant.”Bevan Yates · Cactus IT · Business Owner Group Programme
Bevan built his IT business on trust and carried every bit of it himself. Three sessions alongside other owners taught him the difference between handing over a task and handing over ownership. He now runs a four-day week, and his North Star is written: enable the business to grow without me.
“They will save me at least three days per month.”
“They will save me at least three days per month.”Heidi Pattison · HP Cleaning · Business Owner Group Programme
Heidi’s team of eighteen trusted her with everything, and everything is what she carried. The programme moved her from control to trust: the work phone now goes down on Friday and stays down, and the senior she trained carries work that was always hers.
“She asked the questions I didn’t always want to answer, but they were exactly the questions I needed to hear.”
“She asked the questions I didn’t always want to answer, but they were exactly the questions I needed to hear.”Kerry Smith · White Rose Training · Business Owner Group Programme
A year into running her training business, Kerry was teaching, doing the admin, serving the customers and holding the strategy in her head. Always firefighting. Now she finishes at eight instead of ten, weekends are hers again, and no less gets done.
"Big shift away from troubleshooting and being the final answer, and moving towards focusing on sales and building the sales engine."
"Big shift away from troubleshooting and being the final answer, and moving towards focusing on sales and building the sales engine."Dan · Connect It All · Business Owner Group Programme
Dan came to the programme to optimise, not repair, then found what was actually holding the business back: he was its only salesperson, and the person his team waited on for every green light. He held the team meeting he had been avoiding and was honest with them about his own impact. A new business plan and sales engine are now underway, and his team makes the day-to-day calls without him.

The next cohort starts in February 2027

Three in-person sessions, all mornings: Thursday 4th February, Thursday 4th March and Thursday 15th April 2027. One lens per session, a small and carefully selected group, real work between sessions.

Places are deliberately few and are confirmed by conversation, not checkout. This is not a programme you can drift in and out of. If it sounds like yours, register your interest and I will be in touch directly.

Investment: £1,500

Small print: Registering your interest does not commit you to a place. Jasmine will be in touch to have a short conversation before places are confirmed.

The first cohort of 2027 is now forming.

Delivered by Jasmine Clarke, Senior Accredited Executive Coach (EMCC).

Jasmine Clarke sharpens leaders so they perform at their best and strengthen the results around them. She works with senior leaders and business owners to raise their operating level: strengthening how they think, decide and lead so execution becomes more disciplined and performance more consistent.

She is known for being direct, focused, warm and deeply encouraging. She creates a space where leaders feel safe enough to be honest about what is really going on, and challenged enough to raise their standard. That balance is where the real work happens.

With a first-class degree in Psychology, an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and Senior Accreditation with the EMCC, Jasmine brings real depth to the room. She does not apply generic frameworks or force leaders into someone else’s method. She helps them figure out what works for how they actually operate, and then do that, consistently.

Register your interest below and Jasmine will be in touch. There’s no obligation, just a short conversation to see whether this is the right fit for where you are right now.
